Any adult citizen residing in Karnataka can apply for society membership by submitting the membership application form, KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, passport-size photos), and the statutory share fee at our headquarters or online.
Yes. Every layout developed by Krishi Vishwa Housing Society and our developing partners undergoes strict legal title verification, DC conversion, and statutory approval from BMRDA / BIAAPA / DTCP and RERA where applicable.
Plots are allotted strictly on a seniority basis (first-come, first-served according to booking and installment compliance) with complete transparency.
